Nick is an accomplished senior executive and housing professional with almost forty years’ experience in the Social Housing, charity and care sectors. He also studied at the College of Law (Chester) between 19. Chude received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the London School of Economics in 1993, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from the University of Manchester in 1995. Before working in the investment industry, Chude had various roles at HSBC USA, RBS and Merrill Lynch within operations. Prior to Eton Park, Chude was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of DE Capital Management LLP, and Head of Operations for Caxton Europe Asset Management Limited and was responsible for building their international operations infrastructure out of their London office. At that time, Eton Park was a $14 billion multi-strategy hedge fund, where he oversaw international non trading operations. Prior to Ledbury, he was director of international operations and a partner at Eton Park International LLP between 20. During his career, Paul has also held a variety of non-executive roles in and out of the sector and the Chairman of Thames Valley Charitable Housing Association which established a successful private rental sector business funded by equity and debt through various institutional investment funds.Ĭhude is a director of the CIM and Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Ledbury Capital Partners LLP, a European fund manager (the AIFM). Paul has been responsible for investing several hundred million pounds into Social Homes. Throughout his career, Paul has been responsible for leading the acquisition of several thousand properties in London and the South East, with the primary purpose of extensive physical, social and economic regeneration. For eight years prior to this, Paul was a Director at Hyde Group, a major G15 Housing Association, which provides homes and services to more than 95,000 customers. The organisation was awarded ‘Housing Organisation of the Year’ in 2012 and gained Investors in People Gold. From 2008 to 2014, Paul was Chief Executive of Homes for Haringey, a Registered Provider, where he was responsible for 800 staff and 21,000 homes. Paul has worked in all aspects of Social Housing for over 20 years and is a senior industry figure. Paul is the Chief Executive Officer within the Social Housing strategy.
